This is an affidavit sworn by me on the 25^th of July 1994. It details a bit of the early history that I sustained at the hands of Shirley Carr and her boyfiend Mr Norman Pringle. My wife and I had gone on holiday and on our return Mr Norman Pringle had altered guttering on our property to enable better drainage from Shirley Carr's property onto our own.
